With technical affinity and a flair for business opportunities, you will support pi-lar in presenting our products and services to the outside world in a competent and personable manner..
Your responsibilities:
Identifying growth opportunities, developing and implementing new business models and converting leads into customers. This includes writing technical articles for internal and external media (website, guest articles, presentations, etc.), product and corporate marketing. Planning, executing, participating in and moderating events such as webinars, trade fairs and talks. Coordinating and developing topics such as CyberSecurity, Data Sovereignty, Zero Trust and Enterprise Architecture. Expanding and enganging with the open-source community.
What you bring to the table:
Quick comprehension and networked thinking, enabling you to recognise connections and business opportunities. You are a reliable, decisive person who enjoys communicating technical topics in an understandable way. Your entrepreneurial expertise and your flair for new business areas will help you to strategically position pi-lar and our product, the Neuropil® CyberSecurity Mesh. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will help you in your interactions with prospects and customers, especially in a sales context. Your independent and goal-oriented approach to work will take some of the pressure off the management team and allow you to take on projects on your own responsibility. Good teamwork and organisational skills are a given for you. You are confident in using Open-Source tooling and have a good German and English skills. Additional languages are a plus.

You will support us in the further development and definition of our social media and marketing strategy. You will manage our social media accounts, expand our community and help plan and create content for our channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Mastodon, BlueSky) based on an editorial plan. You will also research suitable, relevant topics, prepare analyses and participate in our team meetings.
